This is a large tract of land that is designated for a Hotel. The water is crystal clear and the views are spectacular. Grotto Beach is on the leeward side of the island and on the South part of San Salvador. It is less than 10 minutes away from town.

 

Surfer's Beach-Eleuthera, Bahamas
